Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — such as your name, business, email address, and mobile phone number — and information generated as you use our platform (orders, deliveries, and operational activity). We also collect standard technical data (device and log information) needed to operate and secure the service.

SMS / text-messaging program

Leafr sends operational and transactional text messages to people who opt in. Message categories include internal staff bulletins, low-inventory and system alerts, supply reorder reminders, and customer order and delivery-status confirmations.

No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party or sold. We may share information only with subcontractors that directly support the messaging service (for example, our messaging provider), and only to deliver the messages you have requested.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You opt in by providing your mobile number and consenting through a staff onboarding form (employees, owners, and managers) or by checking a consent box on the order form (customers). Opting out of SMS does not affect your ability to use the rest of the Leafr platform.

How we use information

We use your information to operate and improve the platform, send the messages you have opted into, provide support, secure the service, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal information.

How we share information

We share information only as needed to run the service — with service providers acting on our behalf under confidentiality obligations, when required by law, or to protect our rights and safety. As stated above, mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared for third-party marketing.

Data retention & security

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, and we apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it.

Your choices

You may reply STOP to opt out of texts, request access to or deletion of your information, or update your details by contacting us. We honor applicable privacy rights.

Children

Leafr is a business platform and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
