Use of the Services

SMS / text-messaging terms

By opting in, you agree to receive operational and transactional text messages from Leafr. Message categories include internal staff bulletins, low-inventory and system alerts, supply reorder reminders, and customer order and delivery-status confirmations.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time; reply HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile number and SMS opt-in data are handled as described in our Privacy Policy and are never shared with third parties for marketing.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Services, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to them, or use them to send unlawful, harassing, or unsolicited messages.

Intellectual property

The Services and all related content are owned by Leafr or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Services as intended.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Leafr is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
