Employee Text Message (SMS) Consent
Leafr Technologies LLC sends text messages to its own employees for two purposes: verifying your identity when you sign in to the Leafr operations platform, and delivering operational alerts about your work. This form records your permission to send those messages to your mobile number.

I agree to receive account verification and operational alert text messages from Leafr at the mobile number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
What you will receive
- One-time passcodes when you sign in to the Leafr platform
- Account verification links when you set up or recover your account
- Shift and dispatch assignments
- Schedule changes and task assignments
- System status alerts relating to your work
What you will not receive
No marketing messages, no promotional offers, and no product advertising of any kind. Your mobile number is never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Providing a mobile number is entirely optional and is not a condition of your employment. If you leave this form blank or decline, you will continue to receive every one of the alerts listed above by email and inside the Leafr app. Nothing about your job, pay, or scheduling changes.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any Leafr text message to stop all texts immediately. Reply HELP to any message for assistance. You may also withdraw consent at any time by notifying your manager or emailing support@leafr.ai, with no effect on your employment.
